Google ︎ DSM
As a part of Devices and Services (DSM) team I handled email design for Google’s family of devices and services: Pixel, Nest, Fi and many more. We’ve delivered campaigns that have helped drive significant increases in brand loyalty, feature engagement, and new product adoption. I explored ways to bring clarity into information delivery through visual design, animations, and use of AMP technology allowing shoppers to populate their cart right from their email.
Projects involved close collaboration with the Google team to ensure brand alignment and strategic clarity.

Modular email layouts including multi-language market variants, designed to work across product lines and audience segments, had to keep to the same visual standards regardless of who was building them or how often the layout changed.
The goal was flexibility without losing consistency. Any module could be moved, removed, or localized while the underlying design logic, hierarchy, rhythm, and brand integrity stayed intact.
This focus on systematic scalability is what allowed our cross-functional team to produce at an enterprise volume while maintaining pixel-perfect craft.
Using AMP, we turned email into a shoppable surface — consumers could browse and buy Google devices without ever leaving their inbox. When AMP wasn't an option, we built fast-loading GIFs that kept the storytelling intact.

Almost every project involved fast-moving campaigns and frequent late changes. Adapting to shifting direction and asset updates without it showing in the final work was key.
